Returns & Warranty Policy

No Returns or Cancellations
Due to the nature of the Product, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once your order is placed.

Limited Two‑Year Warranty

Coverage: Defects in manufacturing only.
Period: Two years from date of delivery.
Exclusions: Damage from misuse, accident, neglect, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repair or modification.
Claim Process:
1. Email returns@matterlevel.net with your order number, description of defect and photographs.
2. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.
3. Ship the Product (at your cost) to:

  at the address that will be supplied to you.
  Attn: RMA [Your Number]
4. On inspection, if manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace free of charge and return to you (standard shipping at our cost).
