Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://matterlevel.net (the “Site”) and the purchase of our product, “MatterLevel” (“Product”).
1. Interpretation
“Buyer” means the person who purchases a Product. “Contract” means the contract for sale of the Product.
2. Ordering & Acceptance
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
2.2 We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
3. Price & Payment
3.1 Prices shown on the Site are in Euros (€) and include Irish VAT where applicable.
3.2 Payment must be made in full before dispatch via the payment methods offered on the Site.
4. Delivery
4.1 We aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days.
4.2 Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment is received in full.
5. Returns & Warranty
5.1 No returns: Save as expressly set out in clause 5.2 (warranty), we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order is placed.
5.2 Limited Two‑Year Warranty: We warrant the Product against defects in manufacturing for two years from delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, fair wear and tear or unauthorised repairs. To make a claim, contact customer service at returns@matterlevel.net with proof of purchase. We will, at our option, repair or replace the defective Product.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under the Contract is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
6.2 We exclude all other liability for loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or punitive.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Product and Site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written permission.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Irish law and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
